Ed and Julie’s September wedding was one for the books! It took place in Morrison, Colorado at the gorgeous Willow Ridge Manor, which has the most amazing views, beautiful balconies, an indoor reception room, and a beautiful area outside for ceremonies.
They did an amazing job choosing decorations. The blue accents and all the sunflowers were symbolic of the couple’s vibrant, fun personalities.
The wedding party was such a fun crew to work with, and they had the CUTEST little flower girl. At one point, Victor joked and told me to stop taking so many pictures of her and focus on the bride and groom, but I just couldn’t help it!
We were obsessed with Julie’s dress and loved capturing all the lace and stunning details of the gown. She also had to cutest shoes and hair accessories to compliment her spunky personality!
Also, look at Ed’s face when he first saw his bride during their first look! How sweet!
The ceremony took place close to sunset and the mountains in the background were breathtaking! We love outdoor venues, especially in Colorado where we have the most beautiful late summer weather.
It got super emotional when Julie walked down the aisle to Ed with tears in her eyes. The ceremony was simple and beautiful. And at the end, you could tell Ed could hardly wait to kiss his bride!
The cocktail hour and reception food was Mexican themed! They had the cutest appetizers for cocktail hour, then a fajita bar, tamales, and margaritas for dinner. SO delicious! Not your typical wedding spread, but it was so FUN – just like Julie and Ed.
After some touching speeches from family, the dance floor was open and it stayed full the entire time! Everyone was having the time of their life dancing and celebrating Ed and Julie!
The margaritas were also VERY delicious!
